James Howard Lambert, 69, of Spencer, NC passed away on July 14, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Lambert was born on October 24, 1943 in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late James Robert Lambert and Garnet.
Mr. Lambert served 6 years with the Va. Army National Guard in Portsmouth and was of the Christian Faith. He worked at the Airport BP in Newport News, Va. as a mechanic and state inspector for 20 years. James loved to fish and when he wasn’t fishing he was talking about going fishing.
In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by an infant son, Paul Allen Lambert and a brother, Gordon Lambert.

James Howard Lambert is survived by his daughter, Paula Lambert Buelin ( Donald ) , three sons, John Lambert of Newport News, Va., James Lambert, William Lambert ( Joanne ) of Salisbury, NC, a brother, Keith Lambert of Newport News, VA, and grandchildren, Christopher Lambert, Kaylee James, Evelyn Lambert, and Robert Lambert.
There will be a Memorial Service held on Saturday September 14, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Eastside Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Joe Black .
