Sally Harper Rowe, 82, of Lexington, NC passed away on October 1, 2013 at the Hinkle Hospice House. She was born on October 23, 1930 to the late Sterling Harper and Wanda Bowman Harper in Martinsville, Virginia.
Mrs. Rowe was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses Central Lexington Congregation and enjoyed her ministry as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sons, Dalford G. Rowe and Joseph Lee Rowe.
Sally Harper Rowe is survived by her son, James Lee Rowe of Lexington, two brothers, George Harper of North Carolina and Lee Roy Harper of Thomasville, NC, and a sister, Doris Leifeste of Maryland.
There will be a Memorial Service at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Lexington, NC (130 Fuller St., Lexington NC, 27292) at 3:00 PM on Saturday October 12, 2013.
The family will have a private burial at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 202 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
