Teresa McClenney “Trish” Russell, 33, of Charlotte and formerly of Salisbury, went home to be with God in heaven Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010.

Trish was born Jan. 25, 1977, in Rowan County, the loved daughter of Mary Ann and Philip Shook of Salisbury and Cecil McClenney of Kannapolis. We will never forget Trish’s large smile and outgoing personality.

Trish attended China Grove schools, South Rowan High School and Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. She had worked at Pillowtex and Ryan’s Steakhouse.

In addition to her parents, survivors include two sons, Michael Shook and Jonathon Shook of Salisbury; sisters Brandy Smith of Salisbury, Tracey Douglas and Spring McClenney of Kannapolis; brothers Phillip Shook, Jr. of Salisbury, C.J. McClenney and Jeff McClenney of Kannapolis.

Services: Memorial Services will be held 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30 at Main Street Baptist Church in China Grove.

Memorials: May be made to Hope Haven, 3815 N. Tryon St., Charlotte, NC 28206 in memory of Teresa Russell.
