William Bilford “Billy” Brown, 55, of Rockwell passed away on December 11, 2010 at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington. Billy was born on September 1, 1955 in Roanoke, V.A., son of the late Howard Wayne Brown and Virginia Wray Brown. Billy was a graduate of Patrick Henry High School in Roanoke and was a Truck Driver for Howell’s Motor Lines. He is survived by a brother, Lacy Brown of Rockwell; and sisters, Sallie Wilson, Carol Shell, Kathy Hufnagel, and Bonnie Brown.
