Franklin Shawn Damsel, 49, of Salisbury passed away on December 8, 2010 at Rowan Regional Medical Center of Salisbury. Franklin was born on February 10, 1961 in Allentown, P.A., son of Stephen Damsel and Mary Lou Sims.
