William Michael Elchert, 60 of Salisbury passed away on August 13, 2010 at his residence. William was born on June 25, 1954 in Tiffin County, Ohio, son of the late Frederick and Rose Scherger Elchert. William had worked for the General Electric Corp. as a Panel Board Assembly person. He is survived by his wife Virginia Lonsway Elchert.
