William Webster Michael, Jr. 62 of Mooresville passed away on July 28, 2010 at his residence. William was born on November 6, 1947 in Davidson County, North Carolina, son of Edith Pearl Franklin of Linwood, and the late William Webster MIchael, Sr. William was a 1966 graduate of Davidson High School, and was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corp, serving from 1966-1968. William was an insurance salesman specializing in Life and Health Insurance, and was of the Lutheran Faith.

In addition to his father William is preceded in death by his brother, Terry Edwin Michael in 1983.

Survivors: In addition to his mother William is survived by his wife Carolyn Bost Michael ; daughter, Julie Ann Michael Holton of Lexington; and brother, Jerry Wayne Michael of Beaufort, South Carolina. Step children, Robert Smith, III and wife Michelle of Rockwell, and Michelle Ours and husband Carlin of Mooresville. 2 grandchildren, and 7 step-grandchildren also survive.

The family will have a private service conducted by the the Rev. Ken Reed, pastor of Concordia Lutheran Church.
