William “Bill” Earnst Fearn, 70, of Raleigh, NC passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at the Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury, NC. Bill was born on August 3, 1944 in West Virginia, a son of the late Howard Smith and Roxie Bell Woodby Fearn.

Bill is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He was the owner and operator of Carolina Broughton Antiques in Raleigh. Bill loved antiques, especially lamps; he enjoyed cooking and gardening and raising weimaraners.

In addition to his parents, Bill is preceded in death by his wife Shelly Cotton, 2 brothers, and 5 sisters.

Bill is survived by many nieces and nephews.

There will be a Memorial Service at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Beckley, West Virginia on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 2:00 PM in mausoleum 2.
