Brenda Gail Cauble, 66, of Salisbury passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at her home. Brenda was born on June 20, 1948 in Cabarrus County, to the late Walter Roseman Nance and Mary Medlin Nance.

Brenda was a LPN and worked for both hospitals and nursing homes throughout her career. She was of the Baptist faith and loved horses. She and her husband Paul enjoyed traveling, especially taking the horses to campgrounds throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. She loved her pets and spending time with her family as often as she could.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Hearne and a grandson, Colton Chase Hall.

Brenda is survived by her husband of 34 years, Paul Eugene Cauble; a son, Rusty Benton and wife Michelle of Dacusville, SC; two daughters, Tasha Cauble Hall and husband Neal of Salisbury, and Kim Mathews and husband Carl of Greenburg, Pennsylvania; a sister, Jeanette Hyde of Mooresville; a brother-in-law, Larry Hearne of Rockwell; and 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

There will be a Celebration of Life held on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Providence United Methodist Church (6450 Bringle Ferry Rd., Salisbury, NC 28146) conducted by Pastor Aldana Allen. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM prior to the service at the church.
