Charles Ross Sossamon, 81, of Concord passed away on Monday January 5, 2015 at the Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis, NC. Mr. Sossamon was born on November 3, 1933 in Cabarrus County to the late Mr. and Mrs. Roy Sossamon and Lula McDonald Sossamon.

Charles was retired from the Charlotte Fire Department where he worked as a Engineer for 16 years and loved being a Fire Fighter.

He is survived by his nephew, Bobby Joe Sossamon and wife Beverly of Concord.
