Sidney Lanier Snider Jr., 65, of Lexington, passed away on Saturday February, 28 2015 at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington, NC. Mr. Snider was born on December 18, 1949 in Davidson County to the late Sidney Snider Sr. and Mary Merritt Snider.

Sidney was of the Methodist faith and worked for Davidson Printing for most of his working life. He enjoyed being outdoors, going fishing, and traveling to the beach. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by a sister, Mary Jane Yates of Lexington, NC; nieces and nephews, Amanda Yates, Bradley Yates, Jeff Snider, and Jennifer Snider; and his previous wife and close friend, Vickie Snider of Lexington, NC.
