Rebecca Gale Kepley Weddle 54, of Salisbury passed away on Friday, March 27, 2014 at the Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury. Rebecca was born on March 19, 1961 in Cabarrus County, a daughter of Lloyd and Shirley Hinson Kepley.
Rebecca is preceded in death by her husband Charles Weddle.
Rebecca attended South Rowan High School. She and her husband Charles owned and operated the Corner Kitchen. Rebecca enjoyed fishing, painting, wood crafts, working on cars and being outdoors. She loved going to and spending time at the beach.
In addition to her parents, Rebecca is survived by her daughters, Crystal Weddle Lewis and husband Ryan, and Cassandra Dee Weddle Rice and husband James, both of Salisbury. Grandchildren, Hunter Lanier, Landon Lewis and Holland Rice; and step granddaughter, Kala Rice. Brother, Lloyd Kepley and wife Rebecca of Lexington; sisters, Cindy Shaver and husband Tom of Salisbury, Belinda Haywood and husband James of Faith, Elaine Lagamba and husband Mike of Salisbury and Robin Black and husband Keith of Gold Hill.

Words cannot describe how I feel without you. I miss you so much! You were a great Mother,Grandmother and Friend. You always worried so much about other people that you put them before your needs and wants. 3 years of your life you fought like crazy to stay here,you never gave up….You are so strong! I hope you watch over all of us and protect us all from harm. I miss you but I know you are with Dad now and that you both are very happy. I bet you are living your wings….I’ll see you again one day Superwoman….I LOVE YOU ALWAYS AND FOREVER
