Mr. James Edward Hairston, 59, of Lexington passed away July 29, 2011 at the Hinkle Hospice House. A Private Memorial Service will be at 4:00 PM Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Hinkle Hospice House.

The visitation will be at the home of his mother, Mrs. Frances Lucille Hairston on 514 Quail Rd. Lexington the remainder of the time.

In addition to his father,he is preceded in death by Brothers, Thaniel, Benjamin and Joe Hairston, and sisters, Rachel and Juanita Hairston.

James was born December 26, 1951 in Lexington, son of the late Nathaniel Hariston, and Mrs. Frances Lucille Hairston of Lexington. He was educated in the Lexington City Schools and was a landscaper.

Survivors in addition to his mother are, Sisters, Mary Dickerson, Linda Erwin and husband Charles, and Grandmother, Vinnie Click and a host of nieces and nephews.
