Hubert “Sonny” Lee Graham, 71, of Salisbury, passed away on Friday January 8, 2016 at Novant Rowan Regional Medical Center. Mr. Graham was born on October 29, 1944 in Rowan County, NC to the late Bennie L. Graham and Mary Seymour Graham.

Hubert was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church of Salisbury. He was an avid Carolina Panthers fan and loved to mow the yard.

He is survived by his brother, Rickie Graham and wife Donna of Salisbury; two nephews, Christopher Graham and wife Kristi of Apex, and Jonathan Graham and wife Nikki of Apex; and two great nieces and one great nephew.

A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday January 17, 2016 at 2:00 PM at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church (5202 Mooresville Rd., Salisbury, NC 28147) conducted by pastor, Rick Thomas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Mark’s Lutheran Church General Fund (5202 Mooresville Rd., Salisbury, NC 28147)
