Clarance Garfield Sink, 85, of Rockwell, passed away on Monday May 2, 2016 at the Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury. Mr. Sink was born on June 23, 1930 in Guilford County, NC to the late Clarance Atwood Sink and Myrtle Mae Williams Sink. Clarance proudly served his country in the United States Army.
Mr. Sink worked as Maintenance Manager for Avis, and W&M Truck Clinic. After retirement Clarance enjoyed working as a security guard. He loved music and played the Banjo in the F & S Band with his brother and father . He enjoyed going to the mountains, flea markets, and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Richard Sink.
He is survived by a daughter, Alicia Wyatt and husband Phil of China Grove; grandchildren, Brittany Wyatt Rogers and husband Adam, and Justin Wyatt and wife Alisha; and great grandchildren, Landon Rogers and Phillip Wyatt.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday May 7,2016 at 2:00pm in the fellowship hall of the Bunker Hill Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House (101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
