Grace Estelle Grice, 82, born November 11, 1933, died May 13, 2016.

Surviving children James (Jim) Von Eschen (Lianne) of Sacramento, CA and Pamela Cruse (Braden) of Charlotte, NC.

Grace has 3 wonderful grandsons, Allen Locklear (Kristie) of Gastonia, NC; Michael (Shaun) Cruse and Brian Cruse, both of Charlotte, NC.

She also had 4 fantastic great grandchildren, Maren and Cade Brown of Gastonia, NC; and Lona Winston and Lily Grace Cruse, of Charlotte, NC.

Grace is survived by her brother Richard Grice (Betty Jo) of Garden City, SC. Also many nieces, nephews including their spouses. Grace had many wonderful friends throughout her life. Most special were Tony Benton who was like a son, Alma Nunez and Pedro Garcia who held a special place in her heart. And most importantly Beth Rozsa who was not only a friend, but her caregiver for the last few weeks of her life.

A celebration of Grace’s life will be held on June 4, 2016 at friendship Southern Baptist Church, 180 West Ave. SW, Concord, NC at 3 PM.

In lieu of flowers, youe heartfelt donations can be made to the Friendship Southern Baptist Church, Youth Group Fund.
