My Friend, Richard, I had not seen you in many years and was saddened to learn of your death. I look back upon the times we worked together and remember how I could always count upon both your friendship and professionalism. You were always a great professional law enforcement officer, Deputy Sheriff and Detective. It was my pleasure to have worked with you, to have known you and to have called you my Friend. I hope to see you again in Heaven when the Lord finally calls me home. I send my deepest sympathy to your dear family.
