Earl became my friend immediately when I starting working at the Warrior Golf Club. He made my job easier whenever he was around. He was funny, strong and had a great work ethic. I will miss having him here. Rowan County lost a great man when this one was taken away. I’m glad to know his son Jim as well as I do. Keep Swinging in the stars “Shot-Maker”!

Earl was a unique and special person to us! We met him at Warrior’s Golf Course years ago and made friends instantly. He was a good and honest man. He had great work ethics and an enjoyable humorous personality. If you ever got to share thoughts and talk with him a few moments you’d never forget him. He was very much a family man and friend to all. He worked at Warrior’s and we got to see him often. We loved golfing and that particular course especially…but he was the icing on the cake. If you hadn’t golfed well that day, he’d have you laughing about it rather than whining. He’ll be in our hearts forever.
