Ann “Hot Mama” Elizabeth Moe, 73, of Salisbury, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Novant Health Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House. She was born October 13, 1947 in Dunkirk, NY to the late Walter and Laura Howard Hart.

In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff Moe; daughter, Catherine Acosta; and brother, Daniel Hart.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Piglowski of Port Townsend, WA; sister Mary Hart of Las Vegas, NV; brothers John Hart (Ruth) of Mint Hill, NC; David Hart (Sue) of Fredonia, NY; Stepsons Killy Moe (Emily) of Dunkirk, NY; and Ryan Moe (Autumn) of Shefield, PA; Grandchildren Nicole and Matthew Acosta of the home; Dillon Moe, Declan Goldenbogen, and Darren and Haylee Moe. Special friend Randi Banner (Chris) and family.

There will be a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
