Sandra Kay Walker Sanford, 64, of Mocksville, passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at the Gordon Hospice House in Statesville, NC. She was born on September 29, 1956 in Mocksville to the late Charles William Walker and Wilma Hutchins Walker.

She was a graduate of Davie High School and worked as a furniture sales liquidator across the US. She enjoyed her travels.

In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, John Speight Sanford Jr., and her daughter’s, Michelle Mcbride, and Caitlyn Jane Sanford

Sandra is survived by her son, John Sanford III and his wife Amy Phillips Sanford of Woodleaf; and by her sister Sherry Plott of Mocksville
