William Alexander McLeod Jr. ”Lex” 66, of Charlotte, passed away from natural causes on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Brightmoor Nursing Center in Salisbury, NC. He was born on March 22, 1955 to the late William A. McLeod and Miriam Stacy McLeod.
Lex attended Barringer Elementary, Smith Jr. High, Olympic High, and UNC Charlotte. He loved all Sports, was a lifelong music fan, and he was a good guitarist.
Lex is survived by his brothers, Zan McLeod of Potomac, MD, and Clif McLeod of Charlotte; a nephew, Skye McLeod; and a niece, Bonnie McLeod, both of Hillsborough NC.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 9, at 2pm, at Avondale Presbyterian in Charlotte. It is open to all his friends.
