Let the family know you care by sharing this tribute.
It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter and sister, Adrienne Elizabeth Jones, 39, on January 13, 2022. Adrienne was the life of every party and always made sure those closest to her were taken care of. She was loving, loyal, and generous, and she will be missed dearly. Our lives will never be the same.
Born May 31, 1982, in Gastonia NC, she resided in Pineville NC. A graduate of East Carolina University, she worked as a licensed real estate agent in North and South Carolina. She was ambitious, motivated, and accomplished everything she set out to do. She was a lover of all dogs, especially her chihuahua’s, Preston and Brody. Adrienne volunteered time to the local Humane Society.
Adrienne is preceded in death by her mother, Johnnie H. Miller, who loved and adored her. She is survived by her loving father Bobby L Jones, Jr. and stepmother Deneen Maready-Jones, her significant other Billy Banks, her best friends/sisters, Kimberly Jones Bridges and Leslie Jones McKenzie, and their significant others, her nephew Cole Gleason, her uncle Steve Jones, her aunt Melissa Jones, and her cousin Chelsea Jones.
Adrienne will live in our hearts forever and we will all cherish her memory and the time we had with her.
The family asks for their privacy at this time; a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made in Adrienne’s name to the Humane Society of York County South Carolina.
Carolina Cremation of Salisbury and Charlotte is assisting the Jones family. Online condolences may be made at www.carolinacremation.com.
