Gail Gurley says
So very sorry for the loss of Tom. He was president of the first student council at East Rowan High School in 1959-1960 and a respected classmate of our senior class. He was a true southern gentleman and will be missed. My condolences to his family during this difficult time. I know he joins his son just as I will one day join my beloved daughter. God bless you all. Gail Cauble Gurley, class of 1960 ERHS.

Thinking about you and all the family during this sad time of loss. Our loss is Heaven’s gain as he sees his Lord and Saviour and is reunited with his wonderful son. May God be close to each of you as you remember Tom and his special relationship to each of you. He will be missed and remembered. I will always remember his joy in coming to church to worship and his desire to know more of God’s Word and his blessings. He was a friend that Chet and I cherished and loved. With love and heartfelt sympathy. Anne Croyle
