John Earl Thomas Lynch Sr. ”Big John” age 54, of Forest City went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 21st 2023.
John was born in Forsyth County NC on March 19th 1969 to his late mother and father Lawrence Lynch and Kathleen Judy McBee. John was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. He enjoyed upholstery work and could build anything he set his mind to.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 23 years, Robin Lynch; daughter Melanie Wyatt of Marshall NC, Sons John Lynch Jr(Baillie) and Evan Lynch both of Forest City; Sisters Lori Stacy of Chilhowie, VA., Patricia Sabo of Glade Springs, VA., and Melissa Sharpe of Candler, NC; Uncle Jack Lynch of Hendersonville, NC; grandchildren, Leland, Christian and Andres; nieces, Angel, Dana, Kenzie and Jessie.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Hard to believe I’m writing this. I’m thankful for all the memories. From all the laugh’s and jokes, sneaking up and scaring me, just sitting around talking about cars, to the serious conversations. I will remember each one. You were a good friend to me Big John and I’m going to miss you. Rest easy my friend.
