Peggy Faggart Troutman, 82, of China Grove, passed away December 6, 2023.

She was born July 12, 1941 to the late Luther Faggart and Ila Sloop Faggart. Peggy received a Bachelor’s degree and worked at Pfeiffer University. In her spare time she enjoyed working in the flower bed and baking.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Troutman and brother, Max Faggart.

Peggy is survived by children, Dennis Troutman and wife, Lisa; Dean Troutman and wife, Annette; Randy Troutman and wife, Terri; and Kelly Troutman Story; grandchildren, Christopher Troutman and wife, Lauren; Anna Troutman Perry and husband, Eric; Alan Troutman and wife, Laura; Whitney Troutman; Cody Troutman and wife, Ashley; Jesse Troutman Martin and husband, Curtis; Matt Story; and Karissa Story; great grandchildren, Noah, Ellie, Millie, Abel and Ryker; stepbrother, Richard Faggart; and stepsister, Linda Faggart Bostian.

There will be a memorial service held at 11am on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at West Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in China Grove, NC.
