Kristofor Shane Privett, 40, of China Grove, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023.

He was born September 20, 1983 to Johnny Privett and Donna Allen Privett. Kristofor worked as a mechanic and in his spare time he enjoyed fishing and listening to music.

Kristofor was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Ralph Allen, Russell “Tommy” Thomas Carothers, Dennis “Dickie” Privett and Wanda Sue Privett Smith.

In addition to his parents, Kristofor is survived by his sons, Timothy Privett; Nathan Privett; Nicholas Privett and Kristofor Privett Jr., all of Woodleaf, NC; sister, Heather Hall of China Grove, NC; niece and nephews, Tyler Lee Privett, Rylan Thomas Privett and Kayden Celia Privett; grandmother, Louise Carothers of Pineville, WV; aunts, Dana Hofe (Mike) of Oakhill, WV; and Denise Myers (Roger) of Pineville, WV.

There will be a memorial service held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Rowan County, 160 Adoption Way Salisbury, NC 28146.
