The family of Waylon Dan Edwards of Salisbury, is saddened to announce his passing on Sunday, June 9th, at the age of 45 years.
Waylon is survived by his wife and best friend, Vanita Edwards, and his beloved children: Shayden, Leah, and Donovan Edwards; Sean Stepp, Lillian Torbush, Cameron Gordon, Caila Archibeque, and Wesley Edwards. He was a proud grandfather to Isaac, Cashton, and Kai. He is also survived by his brother, Jock Edwards, and nephews Ethan and Shane; and his sister, Wendy Montanez, along with nephews Mitch and Christian, and niece Alyssa. His loving mother, Sandra Kay Archibeque, will cherish his memory, as will his Aunt Saundra Edwards and Uncle Johnny Edwards with wife Ashley Edwards.
Waylon was preceded in death by his father, Barney Edwards.
Waylon loved each and every one of his children, expressing his pride and love for them deeply, fiercely, and from afar. He was the love of Vanita’s life, and she is forever grateful for the family they built together. His warmth, dedication, and profound love for his family will be dearly missed and always remembered.
The family is requesting no flowers at this time. A memorial will be held at a later date for friends and family. All donations are welcome.
