Victoria Elizabeth Pearman-Chavis, wife to active duty Army member, Carlton Chavis Jr, and a strong beautiful soul that faced a tough battle with cancer. On June 20th, 2024 at 12:30am at the age of 47, Victoria took her final breath at Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury, NC.
Mother of Anna Pearman, Kalee Pearman, Casandra Isom, Dylan Chavis, Alliyah Chavis and never stopped being momma through her fight. Family meant the most to her. She was the grandmother to eight, that she left her mark on.
Victoria was the light of the room, she always knew how to make people smile. Advocate at best, she understood the world more than most. Victoria’s words were like vises to the absolute, putting deep meaning into her poetry was one of her many passions. Home was never a tangible object, it was always where the heart is. She was home to so many that now hold a piece of home in our hearts scattered throughout all her loved ones. She will be missed, but never forgotten.
Carolina Cremation is assisting the Pearman-Chavis family. Online condolences may be made at www.carolinacremation.com.

I miss you my big sister 😔
My memories of your rebellion, your love for heavy metal music and poetry.
How you stood toe to toe with dad and bev to protect me. How you stood up to my girl friends and always gave me a shoulder to cry on. Even when we rough housed esp when working on cars and houses☺️🤷🏻 you were too head strong to call your siblings and let us know of your struggles. We love you forever and always sissy.

Coy,
Though words can do little to ease the pain of your loss of your sister may they serve as a reminder that your sister’s spirit lives on in the hearts of those who loved her.
Your sister’s legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, and may you find comfort in knowing that she will always be remembered. A candle will be lit tonight to celebrate her life and the impact she had on those around her. The candle burning brightly tonight be a symbol of hope and eternal love.
Deepest condolences
