Debra Dixon, 69, of Salisbury, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis, NC.

Mrs. Dixon was born December 9, 1955 in Winston Salem, NC to the late Troy Swaim and DeEtta Richardson Swaim. She enjoyed going to the beach with Pam and Jada, and spending time with her family and friends. Debra collected snowbuddies and butterflies.

In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by her brother, David Andrew Swaim.

Debra is survived by her husband, Jimmy Ray Dixon; daughters, Angela Faye Bissett (Glen); and Pamela Annetta Dixon; sister, Sheila Duggins; brothers, Kenneth Swaim; and Dean Swaim (Karen); 4 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

The family will greet friends and relatives at 10:30am on January 16, 2025 at Parkwood Baptist Church, 1069 Central Dr. NW, Concord, NC 28027. A funeral service will follow beginning at 11:30am.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any Deaf Ministry of your choice or to Tucker Hospice House, 5003 Hospice Lane Kannapolis, NC 28081; or donations may be made directly to the family.
