Hunter Lee Hines, 24, of Salisbury, passed away on June 1, 2025 due to injuries from a motor vehicle accident.
Mr. Hines was born February 22, 2001, in Concord, NC. Hunter was a graduate of West Rowan High School Class of 2019. He was an employee with the City of Concord Water Division. He was a avid motorcyclist and enjoyed spending quality time with his family. In particular with his younger siblings, Lila and Christian.
He was preceded in death by Diane Hines “Nana”, Robert Hines “Papa”, Valona Hines “Nana”, James Dunlap (Grandfather), and Grace Blanton (Grandmother).
Hunter is survived by his mother, Renee Dunlap; father, Kris Dunlap; sister, Lila Dunlap; brother, Christian Dunlap; grandparents, Howard and Cindy Dunlap; aunt and uncles, Shannon and James Underwood and Brandy and Randy Knight; cousins, Alexis, Baylee, Andrew, Caleb and Asia and a large loving extended family members.
A celebration of Hunter’s life will be held at 6:30 PM on Friday, June 6, 2025, at SOJO Church (848 Union Street S, Concord, NC 28025).
