Cathy Marie Beaver, 70, of China Grove, NC passed away Friday, July 4, 2025 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis, NC.

She was born August 14, 1954 in Hartsville, SC. Cathy was a retired Certified Nurses Assistant, devoted wife of 51 years, dedicated mother and amazing Mawmaw. She was a Godly woman who loved to help people.

Cathy is survived by her husband, Douglas Beaver; daughter, Angel Thurber; son in law, Tim Thurber; and grandchildren, Paul & Faith Thurber.

The family will receive friends beginning at 4pm on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Faith Baptist Church, 904 Chipola St. Kannapolis, NC. A memorial service will follow, beginning 5pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church – Building Fund.
