Michael Douglas Morgan, 65, of Salisbury, passed away Friday, July 31, 2026 at his residence.

He was born August 8, 1960 in New York, to the late James B. Morgan and Margot Morgan.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Morgan.

Michael is survived by his wife Trudy Williams Morgan of Salisbury; daughter, Amber Faye Morgan of Randleman; step-daughter, Melissa Young (John) of Salisbury; granddaughter and the apple of his eye, Nevaeh Young

The family will greet friends and relatives on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 1:00 PM- 1:45 PM at Carmel Baptist Church in Salisbury.

A celebration of Michael’s life will be held following the visitation at 2:00 PM at Carmel Baptist Church (2100 Mooresville Rd, Salisbury, NC 28147).

Memorials may be made to Carmel Baptist Church.
