Tammie Carlton, 58, of Salisbury, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at Atrium Health Cabarrus.

She was born October 4, 1967 in Rowan County to Lucy Morgan and the late Ronald Moose. Tammie enjoyed being around her family, her and her daughter enjoyed talking on the phone everyday, and enjoyed talking and spending time with her sister and mom. She had lots of friends and a heart of Gold! She loved the Lord and hearing about the Bible. She was the best, she will be missed by all that knew her! And to know her was to love her!

In addition to her father, Ronald Moose, she is preceded in death by her grandson, Bo Maness (dog).

Tammie is survived by her loving family; daughter, Michelle Maness and son-in-law, Matthew Maness; grandson (dog), Bear Maness; mother, Lucy Morgan; sister, Wendy Moose; niece, Brittany Odom.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (1255 Julian Road, Salisbury, NC 28146).
