Ruth Emilia Watts Holmes, 78, of Salisbury, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury, NC.
She was born June 9, 1948 in Auburn, NY to the late William Watts and Gaetana Ferlenda Watts.
In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her brother, James Watts.
Ruth is survived by her husband, Rodney Holmes; and daughters, Angela Holmes and Sara Holmes.
