Mr. David Lee Haynes, 57 of The Meadows of Rockwell passed away October 29, 2011 at the Rowan Regional Medical Center. Lee was born in Rowan County, June 11, 1954 to the late David T. Haynes and Margaret Eagle Haynes. He was retired from the City of Salisbury in the Cemetery Division, and had taught guitar lessons at the Music Mart.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Nancy Schenk Haynes who passed away April 6, 2003.

Mr. Haynes is survived by his friend and caregiver, Matthew Kluttz and his cat “Kissie”.

There will be no services for Mr. David Lee Haynes.
