Alissa Hassig Kiker, 44, of Mooresville, NC passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Tucker Hospice House surrounded by family. Alissa was born on June 27, 1970 in New Castle, Pennsylvania to Linda Ann Cooper Hassig and William Dale Hassig.

Alissa home schooled her children and was a full time Mom and loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a son, Nathaniel Kiker of Mooresville; a daughter, Lydia Kiker of Mooresville; a brother, Joel Hassig of Welcome; a sister, Toni L. Baker and husband Jon of Tullahoma, TN; and two nieces, Maddison and Elsie Baker.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to the Tucker Hospice House (5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28081).
