Bruce Alan Niles, 83, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017, at his residence surrounded by family. Bruce was born February 6, 1934, in Portland, Oregon, to the late Georgia Semerad. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, where he courageously fought in the Korean War, and later joined the United States Air Force. While serving at Reese Air Force Base, in 1956, he met his soon-to-be wife. Together, in 1972, they found the Lord who became a great part of their lives.
Following his passion for Christ, they moved to Charlotte in 1980. He held various positions at PTL and later served as Associate Pastor at Crown Christian Center and Cathedral of the Cross. He very much enjoyed studying and teaching the Bible. He also loved spending time with his wife and many family members.
