Carl Ervin Batts, 67, of Salisbury, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 in Salisbury, NC.
He was born July 23, 1955 in Wilmington, NC to Jesse and Clara Davis Batts. Carl was a Ranger in the United States Army.
In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his late wife English (Marie) M. Batts.
He is survived by his niece, Carolyne Evette Hairston of Charlotte; sister Dorothy Batts; Ruth B. Brown, NY City, Mildred B. Lewis- Freddie of Wilmington NC, Host of Nieces; Nephews.
