Darlene Chandler Holifield, 76, of Lexington, passed away Sunday, April 14th, 2024 at Rowan Regional Medical Center.

She was born February 22nd, 1948 in Blair county, PA to Elmer Chandler and Martha Brumbaugh Chandler. Darlene attended Nursing school in Elizabethon TN. She was very passionate about her career and enjoyed helping others and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents and siblings, Darlene was proceeded in death by her daughter Michelle Holifield, her spouse Roger Holifield and her three grand sons Jayden, Skyler and Mason.

Darlene is survived by her daughter, Melanie Holifield, her son Matthew Holifield and her grandchildren Morgan, Megan, Mackenzie, Shana, Jayven and Jordan. Also survived by three great grandchildren Nova, Kohlson and Creed.

A celebration of life will be held April 20th 2024 at North Lexington Baptist Church.
