Edward Mason Russell, 57, of Charlotte, passed away on Thursday July 19, 2018 at his home surrounded by family. Mr. Russell was born on October 27, 1960 in Mecklenburg County, NC to Betty Sutton Parham and the late Arthur N. Russell.
