Eloie Mildred Crawford, 98, of Charlotte passed away on November 28, 2010 at Carillon Assited Living in Harrisburg. Eloie was born on March 7, 1912 in Phil County, P.A., daughter of the late Harold LeCompte and Suzanna Drakey. She was a teacher.
