Gail Lucille Woodrome, 60, of Flat Rock Road, China Grove, died on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, at her home.

Born on Sept. 26, 1949, in Ohio and was the daughter of Daniel O. Woodrome, Sr. and the late Audrey Woodrome of Middletown, Ohio. Gail was a member of the Salisbury South English Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn Woodrome, who died at nine months of age.

She is survived by her brother, Daniel O. Woodrome, Jr.(Joyce) of Salisbury; and their two sons. Additional survivors include her five children, Matthew Rivenbark (Angie), of Jumping Branch, W.Va., Michelle Rivenbark of Statesville, Gary Rivenbark(Angel) and Melissa Rivenbark, both of Cincinnati, Ohio and Randy Rivenbark (Grace) of Hot Springs, Va.; her 11 grandchildren, whom she dearly loved, Stephanie, Jackie, Billy, Blake, Derrick, Austin, Andrew, Danielle, Anthony and Darren, Paxton; and one great-grandchild, Rylee.

Service: The Memorial Service for Gail Woodrome will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 820 Hurley School Road, Salisbury, on Sunday, Sept. 19. The service will be conducted by David Bush, of the South English Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 4:30-5 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall, with services beginning at 5 p.m.
