Glenda Sue Miller Lugo, 54, of Salisbury, passed away on July 27, 2016 at Carolinas Medical Center – Northeast.

Glenda was born December 22, 1961 to Earl and Logene Miller, in Rowan County, NC. She attended New Hope Baptist Church and in her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and listening to music. She had a passion for cooking and loved to laugh as much as possible.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by daughters, Shannon Lowry of Charlotte; Sara Lugo and Shania Lugo of Salisbury; brothers, Johnny Miller and Danny Miller both of Salisbury; sisters, Carol Lloyd (Theron) of Denton; Marsha Locklear of Salisbury; Sharon McDonald (Charles) of Raleigh; Lorie Miller of Salisbury; family friend, Edward Funk of Salisbury and fiance Charles Dennison of Salisbury. She is also survived by the loves of her life, grandchildren Aniyah Lugo; Solomn McCall Jr.; Ki’yon Ramiro McCall; Ava Lowry.

She is preceded in death by her husband Ramiro Castro Lugo and sister Karen Miller.

There will be a memorial service held at 3 PM, on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at New Hope Baptist Church (830 Chaote Rd. Salisbury, NC).
