Mrs. Jacqueline Miriam Gift, 78, of Concord, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010 at her residence. Mrs. Gift was born on Jan. 21, 1932, in Windsor, Pa. and was the daughter of the late John Emory Snyder and Ada Viola Houser Snyder. Mrs. Gift was a graduate of Red Lion Senior High School in Red Lion, Pa. She was a retired bookkeeper and additionally did administrative work. She was a member of the Hickory Grove Baptist Church and was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two husbands, John Arthur Weakley and Dale Weldon Gift.

Survivors include her two daughters, Kathy Ann Walker and husband, Robert, of Seattle, Wash. and Diane Lisa Hahn and her husband, Steve, of Concord. She is also survived by her six loving grandchildren, Amanda, Marcie, Alicia, Laura, Allie, and Charlie and her four great-grandchildren, Desmond, Samantha, Isaiah, and Nathaniel.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010, at the Hickory Grove Baptist Church, North Campus, conducted by Pastor Steve Livengood.
