With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to Jerry Bost of Hwy 152 in Rockwell, who passed away on January 13, 2026.

Jerry Reid Bost, a man who found joy in the outdoors, was born April 15th, 1952 to the late Reid and Lucille Bost, Rowan County. He attended East Rowan High School.

In 1979, Jerry married the love of his life, the late Tina Ballard Bost.

Jerry is survived by his sisters Toyce Bost; Deborah Cuttshaw; and brother in law, Pastor Bill Cuttshaw. Sadly leaving behind two sons and daughter in laws, Bryan and Jennifer Bost; and Aaron and Lindsay Bost. His grandchildren, left with hunting and beach trip memories are Haley Wright-Bost, Luke Eggert (Jessica), Kelsey and Levi Goodman, Logan, Mason, and Khloe Bost. Jerry is also survived by his four legged, spunky companion, Duke.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:00pm on Thursday January 22nd, 2026 at Triplett Church, 838 Mazeppa Rd, Mooresville, NC 28115.
