Kathryn Jane Hamilton, 78, of Asheville, NC passed away on June 10, 2024.

Ms. Hamilton was born March 10, 1946 in Columbus, Indiana. She was a volunteer with Mountain Area Hospice, working one on one with dying patients and also helped facilitate fund-raising events. She worked with All Souls AIDS ministry and Loving Food Resources. Ms. Hamilton loved being with her children and grandsons.

She was preceded in death by, her son, Shane Eric Davey; parents, Mr. & Mrs. Earl F. Hamilton; and sister, Julia Ann Gardner.

Survivors include: brother, Clarence Hamilton; sisters, Linda Hamilton and Juanita Emmett; daughter, Nicole Rodriguez and husband, Rocky; grandsons, Brandyn Davey and David Moore; and great-granddaughter, Gracie Davey.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Elizabeth House, 581 S Allen Rd, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
