Kathy Ann Williams Frizzell, 55, of Rockwell, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 at CHS-Northeast in Concord.

She was born June 16, 1962 in Monroe, NC to the late Franklin and Rachel Russian Williams. Kathy worked at China Grove Textile Mill for more than 20 years and in her spare time enjoyed traveling to the mountains and looking at waterfalls and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Kathy is survived by her husband of 40 years, Coleman Frizzell; daughters, Susan Ann Burleson and husband, Donald of Rockwell; Rachel Isbanioly and husband, Ramsey of Salisbury; Lisa Harris and husband, David of Salisbury; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tommy Williams of Georgia; Frankie Williams of Rockwell; Charles Williams of Salisbury; and special friends, Bill Carter & Jeff Lumsden.
There will be a private memorial service held at a later date.
