Kenneth Wayne Moore, a Navy veteran and skilled electrician, unexpectedly passed away at Hospice on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on March 19, 1956, Kenny found solace and strength in his faith, his church, his cherished friends, and his loving family. He also enjoyed the simple pleasures of golfing and fishing.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents Margie Gillespie and Robert “Tom” Moore, two sisters- Mary Lane & Betty Jo Moore and one brother- Jimmy Moore.

Kenny is survived by his daughters, Chasity Baughman and Crystal Oxendine, his three granddaughters, Brianna, Kaitlyn, and Carleigh, two grandsons, Ashton and Carter, as well as his great granddaughter, Ramona.

A service will be held at Memorial Baptist Church in Kannapolis, NC, on March 23rd at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Kenny’s name to Memorial Baptist Church, located at 1785 Dale Earnhardt Blvd., Kannapolis, NC 28083, would be a meaningful way to honor his memory.
