Larry Homer Brindle, 71, of Lexington, passed away Monday, January 5, 2015 at his residence. Larry was born on August 3, 1943 in Davidson County a son of the late Willie Brindle and Betsy Julian Brindle.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by children, Larry Filmore Barnette, Virginia Leigh Brindle and grandchild, Stephen Wade

Survivors include his wife, Joann Story Brindle who he married on February 2, 1967; children; Ray Franklin Story, Norman Joseph Story and Carlin Barnette; and grandchildren Christopher Barnette and Amber Barnette; sisters, Evelyn Brindle and Sylvia Holden.

A Memorial Service will be held at Freedom Baptist Church in Lexington, NC on Tuesday January 13, 2015 at 2:00 PM (214 Hillcrest Court, Lexington, NC 27292).
