Leonard Osborne Moose 68 of Salisbury, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at the Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House. Leonard was born on April 7, 1947 in Iredell County, a son of the late Andy Osborne and Doris Baker Moose.

In the past Leonard worked for Haleyville Drapery and Carolina Color. He was of the Baptist Faith. Leonard enjoyed fishing, music and word searches.

In addition to his parents, Leonard is preceded in death by brothers, Kenneth Wayne Moose and Ronald Lee Moose, and sisters, Brenda Cutshaw and Betty Myers.

Leonard is survived by his brother, Steve Moose; and sisters, Darlene Lombard and husband Bert, Jean Thompson and husband James, and Sheria Richardson and husband Mike. Leonard is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Rowan Memorial Park Mausoleum conducted by Rev. Chris Williams, Pastor of Woodleaf Baptist Church.
